2002: Bio-Medicals was first created in 2002 by Dr. Howard Talbot, a naturopath by profession, and Jill Talbot. Howard saw a gap within the Nutraceutical market while working at his local medical centre on the Gold Coast. Howard formulated a small but sophisticated range of products that he could offer his patients to assist them in living a healthy and happy life.
2020: Howard and Jill retired from their working career. The business is still run and operated on the Gold Coast by local family, where we continue to proudly grow the business as dreamed by Howard and Jill Talbot.
Bio-Medicals has become to be known as one of Australia’s largest Organic Premium Coconut Oil suppliers. With around 96,000 litres of Certified Organic Coconut Oil sold in the Australian Market each year, we proudly bottle all of our Coconut Oil products in house, poured to order from Food Grade Steel Drums. So the Oil you are buying s the freshest oil you can buy. We also have one of Australia’s favourite Turmeric Capsules blends as created by Dr Howard Talbot many years ago. This gentle yet affective blend is sought after by thousands of customers nationally.
Howard Talbot is an Assistant Professor. Howard started the company in 2002 with a small range of sophisticated supplements. As a qualified and practicing naturopath with many years of experience under his belt, Howard has always been passionate about natural health and research.
Howard is an Assistant Professor Emeritus of Natural Research, Research Fellow, Chinese Medical Board of Australia accredited Doctor of Acupuncture, a Naturopath and a general Alternative Health Practitioner. He has also previously served as the Dean of Collage of Natural Therapies, and been a guest speaker on Brisbane and Gold Coast radio, speaking on a range of health topics. Howard is also a past Treasurer of the Alumni Association of Alternative Health Practitioners.
Jill is a successful, service orientated sales person, with 18 years of wowing customers with her style of account management. Before retiring Jill managed our chains of Pharmacies, Retail Customers and National Distributors.
