Mango Tofu & Pear Salad with almond dressing

1 mango cheek cut into strips
1/2 pear cut into strips
1 tbsp almonds
Mango Tofu
50 grm firm tofu in small cubes
1/4 mango chopped
1 tsp rice malt
2 tsp water
1 tsp biomedicalsaus coconut oil to aid nutrient absorption of all these wonderful ingredients!
Almond dressing
1 tbsp almond chia spread (or just almond)
1 tbsp macadamia oil (or olive)
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
Squeeze of lemon juice
1/2 tsp granulated stevia

  1. Mix well almond dressing and pour over salad
