Ingredients
For the smoothie part, blend these ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 handfuls of strawberries
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp black bean powder (for protein!!!)
For the choc sauce,
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tbsp biomedicalsaus coconut oil to aid nutrient absorption and digestion and give a creamy texture), and a tiny bit of rice malt syrup or other preferred sweetener.
