Ordering via our Online Shop
You can shop online using a credit card or PayPal account via the Paypal system.
We also accept payment by cheque or direct deposit. However, please note your items will be dispatched when the payment has cleared.
All orders are dispatched within 48 hrs of receiving payment. Our preferred postal service are: Fastway couriers, Border Express & Australia Post.
Ordering by Mail
If you prefer you can send us a written order through the mail with a cheque or a money order.
Allow 6 working days for the payment to clear before dispatch.
Ordering from a Retail Shop
You can also purchase our products from many retail outlets (including health food stores, butchers, and health clinics).
Please contact your local distributors for a list of retail stores.

For orders up to 3kg the postage is $7.95
For orders up to 5kg the postage is $14.95

Problem with your Order
- Returns: If you wish to return the opened product, contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel. We will authorise the return and refund you upon receiving the product, minus the postage cost.
- Wrong Order: If the products received are not what you ordered, contact us upon receiving your parcel. We will replace the product accordingly.
- Damaged Goods: If the products are damaged, contact us upon receiving your parcel. If we require the damaged goods to be sent back, we will cover postage costs.
