Ordering via our Online Shop
You can shop online using a credit card or PayPal account via the Paypal system.
We also accept payment by direct deposit on an invoice, just email email@example.com . However, please note your items will be dispatched when the payment has cleared.
We use a variety of couriers services. As our shipping is free, we work on the best value service for your area. We use Couriers Please, Aramex (formally Fastway), Border Express and Australia Post. Shipping days are generally Tuesdays and Thursdays, so most orders will leave our warehouse within 2 business days.
Shipping costs for all online orders within Australia and New Zealand are FREE.
Please e-mail us your requirements as freight and customs requirements vary from country to country.
Problem with your Order
- Returns: If you wish to return the opened product, contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel. We will authorise the return and refund you upon receiving the product, minus the postage cost.
- Wrong Order: If the products received are not what you ordered, contact us upon receiving your parcel. We will replace the product accordingly.
- Damaged Goods: If the products are damaged, contact us upon receiving your parcel. If we require the damaged goods to be sent back, we will cover postage costs.
